The practise of gratitude has always been something I have heard about, but to be honest, never really prioritized in my own life. I would start day 1 with good intentions but would quickly forget or lose interest. Then Covid hit. It became clear that prioritising mental health is a necessity and I needed to start putting my mental health first.
The biggest benefit of gratitude, it makes you happier. Who doesn’t need more happiness in 2020? I wanted to start putting together some free resources for those who are new to practicing gratitude. I hope this gratitude template gets you excited to start on your gratitude journey.
