A quiet midweek reminder that you need to take time nourish yourself in order to show up as a better person for everyone else. In our everyday busy pursuit, the first thing I find that tends to go out the windows is nourishment for myself. I get into a space where eventually I feel burnt out and unhappy.
Every week I am trying to stop and really think if I have nourished myself over the past few days, and if not, I work to prioritize that.
